Supporting You to Move Beyond Stress to Health

I’m currently working towards a PhD in Depth Psychology and hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from Tulane University. My approach engages a Jungian framework and integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS) with neurobiological approaches such as Brainspotting and EMDR— a very effective research-supported method of working through fears, disturbing thoughts, and traumatic memories.
